Overview
Abdulrahman Bin Abdullatif Al-Mannai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the United States. With over 25 years of experience spanning business administration, investment, and sports management, Al-Mannai has established himself as a prominent figure across Qatar's public and private sectors.
Since 2016, Al-Mannai has served as President of the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF), and since 2020, as President of Lusail International Circuit (LIC), Qatar's premier motorsport venue. During his tenure, Qatar has hosted a growing calendar of world-class motorsport events and expanded its commitment to the long-term development of motor and motorcycle sports across the region. He represents Qatar in regional and international motorsport forums, where sporting infrastructure and athlete development remain central priorities.
Leadership Development & Recognition in Sports
Al-Mannai's leadership acumen has been recognised through a number of significant appointments across international governing bodies. He serves as a Board Member of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA Foundation) and the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), where he also contributes to their Governance Committee, providing guidance on policy-making and performance evaluation. Additionally, he serves as the President of FIM Asia, having been elected in January 2026 at the FIM Asia General Assembly in Bangkok.
National Contributions
Al-Mannai's career reflects a strong commitment to his country’s national development. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Social and Sport Contribution Fund since 2018, an institution dedicated to promoting communities and sporting progress across the nation. His earlier professional career was rooted in Qatar's energy sector, where he held several leadership positions at RasGas, covering Corporate Planning, Shared Services, and Learning and Development.

With over 15 years of distinguished experience in facility management and major event operations, Al Mohannadi has built a reputation as one of Qatar's foremost leaders in sports venue management and operational excellence.
As Chief Executive Officer of Lusail International Circuit since 2025, Al Mohannadi has driven the circuit's growth as Qatar's premier motorsport facility and a destination for elite global sporting events. His leadership combines technical expertise with strategic vision, ensuring that Lusail International Circuit continues to deliver world class experiences for athletes, teams, and fans alike.

Al Mohannadi's contributions to Qatar's national sporting infrastructure have been extensive and far reaching. Prior to his current role, he served as Facilities Management Executive Director for the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, where he oversaw the management of eight stadiums and 42 training sites in preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. His career began in Qatar's energy sector with QatarEnergy, where he developed a strong technical foundation before transitioning into sports facility management.
